Daniel Fast – Peruano Beans

Today’s lunch was a bowl of Verde Valle Peruano Beans with avocado, oregano and green onions.

To prepare, follow package instructions.

  • soak overnight
  • boil until tender
  • add seasoning (salt, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika)
  • add topping (tomato, green onions, avocado, chives)
